The global demand for skilled welders is rising significantly, driven by mega-projects in industries such as oil & gas, renewable energy, shipbuilding, and infrastructure development worldwide. However, becoming a successful "International Welder" involves more than just technical proficiency. It requires navigating complex international certification standards (AWS, ASME, ISO), adapting to diverse workplace cultures and safety regulations, overcoming language barriers, and understanding contractual and legal frameworks in different countries.
This seminar aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the pathways, requirements, and hurdles faced by Indonesian welders seeking to work internationally. By bringing together experts from certification bodies, industry, training, and experienced professionals, this event seeks to equip participants with practical knowledge and strategies to seize global opportunities while effectively managing the associated challenges.
